What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, and the name of your organisation. When you upload a meeting transcript, we process the text to extract commitment signals. We do not collect audio or video recordings.
How we use it
We use your data solely to provide the Continuum service:
- —Extracting commitments from transcripts you upload
- —Tracking commitment state over time within your workspace
- —Sending transactional emails (account, alerts) — no marketing without consent
We do not sell your data, train models on your data, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting, infrastructure).
AI processing
Commitments, signals, and decisions are extracted using a large language model (LLM). Transcript text is sent to a third-party LLM API (currently Google Gemini; OpenAI is available as a fallback depending on workspace configuration) solely for the purpose of extraction.
- —Personally identifiable information (PII) — phone numbers, email addresses, card numbers — is redacted from the transcript before it leaves our infrastructure.
- —We do not use your transcript data to train any AI model, ours or any provider's.
- —Provider APIs are used under their respective data-processing agreements. No transcript data is retained by the provider beyond the inference call.
- —AI-extracted outputs (commitments, signals) are suggestions — they may contain errors. The "AI-extracted · verify before acting" label visible in the app reflects this.
Workspaces with privileged content requirements (legal, HR, medical) can configure meetings to skip AI extraction entirely. Contact us to enable this for your workspace.
Transcript retention
After extraction, the commitment graph — not the raw transcript — is what drives the product. Raw transcript text is stored encrypted and accessible only to members of your workspace. You can request deletion of your workspace data, including all transcript content, at any time by contacting hello@continuumstate.io or from the Settings page once self-serve deletion ships.
Data location
Data is stored and processed in the region where your Continuum instance is deployed. We do not transfer data across regions. Per-workspace region selection is on the roadmap and will be documented here once available.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@continuumstate.io. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
Authentication uses short-lived bearer tokens (JWTs) issued by our identity provider (Zitadel). We do not set tracking cookies. No third-party analytics during the alpha.
